Exchange and refund process will not be carried out for products that have damaged, cannot be resold due to removed labels, or have been used.
The amount you paid for the products you return in your shopping is refunded to you after deducting the shipping fee. The amount of the products you purchased is deposited into your account within 7 business days of payment at the door or by credit card. The shipping fee you paid to reach the products and the Cash on Delivery Service Fee collected for your Cash on Delivery orders are not refunded.
